These Terms apply to all products and services provided by Onsite Printworks.

Custom products

All Onsite Printworks products are custom-made to order.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have permission to use any logos, branding or artwork supplied.

Variations

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur. These are normal and are not considered defects.

Approvals

It is the customer’s responsibility to approve all designs, spellings and details before production. Once approved, Onsite Printworks is not responsible for errors in supplied information.

Production & delivery

Production times are estimates only. Delays caused by supply, courier or technical issues may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Refunds & replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onsite Printworks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
